Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the the hands and feet which correspond to the internal sytems and organs. Reflexology is applied through finger and thumb techniques that can result in the release of blockages in congested areas of the body, thus opening up the pathways activating the body's self-healing. Reflexology can facilitate a deep state of relaxation, increase energy, reduce pain and anxiety, reduce premenstraul symptoms, improve circulation, relieve headaches and much more.
Reiki
Reiki is a vibrational healing practice used to promote balance throughout all of the systems of the body. Reiki does not involve physical manipulation, but works with the subtle vibrational field thought to surround and penetrate the body. Reiki treatments are usually facilitated by light touch to a clothed recipient. Reiki can dissolve energy blockages, create a deep sense of relaxation and simply help the body release stress or tension thus facilitating self-healing.

*Revitalizing Reflexology permits clients to cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment. If there is a no show the client will be charged full price for the appointment scheduled.
