Revitalizing Reflexology

Lesley earned her BA from Regis University in Criminology and Spanish. She later became interested in holistic health and joined the Reflexology Certificate Program at Red Rocks Community College in 2014. She is now a Certified Reflexologist and a Reiki Master. 

Lesley understands the importance of taking time out of our busy lives to find peace and relaxation. It is her goal to provide her clients with deep relaxation, as it is her belief that this is key to living a healthy and vibrant life. She has found an abundance of personal healing from utilizing Chinese medicine and Naturopathic medicine and wants to help others experience the healing benefits of integrative medicine practices as well.
